"50% off" refers to a comparison with published official Anthropic API pricing at the time of this writing and may not reflect promotional or volume discounts available directly from Anthropic.
While we target 99.9% uptime, actual availability depends on upstream providers, network conditions, and maintenance schedules. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.
API request content (prompts and responses) passes through our proxy infrastructure to reach the upstream provider. While we maintain a zero-logging policy for request content, users should be aware that upstream providers may have their own data handling policies. Please review Anthropic's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle API data.
Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the Service complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and the upstream provider's acceptable use policies. This includes but is not limited to GDPR, CCPA, and any industry-specific regulations that may apply to your use case.
