1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using claudeapi.cheap ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

claudeapi.cheap provides an API proxy service that enables access to Claude AI models (by Anthropic) at discounted pricing. The Service acts as an intermediary between your application and the upstream AI provider. We are currently in Beta — features and pricing may change.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide a valid email address and create a secure password.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • One account per person. Duplicate accounts may be terminated.

4. API Keys & Usage

  • API keys are for your use only. Do not share, sell, or redistribute them.
  • You are responsible for all usage under your API keys.
  • We reserve the right to revoke keys that are abused or used in violation of these terms.

5. Billing & Payments

  • The Service operates on a prepaid balance model. You must top up your balance before using the API.
  • Payments are accepted in cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).
  • All payments are final and non-refundable, except in cases of service failure on our part.
  • Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.
  • Pricing may change with 7 days' notice to registered users.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
  • Violate Anthropic's Acceptable Use Policy
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, attack, or disrupt the Service
  • Resell or redistribute API access without authorization
  • Circumvent rate limits or billing mechanisms
  • Scrape, DDoS, or perform automated attacks against the Service

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service depends on upstream providers (Anthropic) and their availability. We are not liable for downtime caused by upstream provider issues.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated outputs.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, claudeapi.cheap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, remaining balance may be forfeited if the account was terminated for abuse.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
